Shipping

Finished pieces will be shipped within 1-2 business days on availability, unless requested otherwise. Lab certifications, customizations, and other requests can affect the delivery time. Domestic orders are shipped the next day, and international orders are shipped within 2-5 days.

Customized products take 1-3 weeks, depending on each individual request.
Coupons

Zayn New York occasionally offers discounts through coupons, advertisements, and other resources. These discounts may not be used in conjunction with one another and do not apply to Sale Items, Limited Edition Items, Closeout Items or Special Offers. Zayn New York reserves the right to end any coupon or advertisement without notification.

Returns
You may return any un-used Zayn New York products, including original tag, up to 30 days from the date upon received. Simply send the unwanted products, in the original condition and packaging, to Zayn New York, 30 West 47th Street, New York, NY 10036 for a full refund, less shipping charges. Please include a copy of the invoice; and use sufficient packing material to ensure the items arrive safely and undamaged. Products returned after 30 days will not be accepted. Special request orders are nonreturnable, but we will happily resolve any concerns you may have about a product produced by us.
If you, in a rare case, receive damaged or defective products, please contact us prior to sending it back. Our helpful Customer Service Team will resolve any issue promptly.
