Finished pieces will be shipped within 1-2 business days on availability, unless requested otherwise. Lab certifications, customizations, and other requests can affect the delivery time. Domestic orders are shipped the next day, and international orders are shipped within 2-5 days.
Customized products take 1-3 weeks, depending on each individual request.

You may return any un-used Zayn New York products, including original tag, up to 30 days from the date upon received.
